If you search on Google for “Reese Whiterspoon”, without quotes, (the actual name of the actress is Reese Witherspoon) you get some strange images at the top of the search results (distorted, alien-like version of the actress).
According to Google, you may occasionally see small images at the top of your Google search results. These are images that they think are relevant to your search terms.
Now I know that Whiterspoon is actually a typo of the real name of the actress, but still, there are “about 272,200 results”.
I might say that there are lots of people who write Whiterspoon instead of Witherspoon, search for the name and view these images.
Quite weird results. The algorithm Google uses to determine “relevant images” seems to act a bit strange in certain situations. Maybe they should revise it. What do you think?

That is so funny. I always wonder how people find stuff like this, but I guess it just has to be by accident.
It was simply by accident. I’ve seen a movie with Reese Witherspoon some while ago and wanted to see some more info about the actress. But when I searched on Google, I misspelled the name :)
